169 second-hand sales and purchase contracts were registered in the top ten blue-chip housing estates in July this year, down 10.6% from 189 in June, and six months after 167 cases were recorded in January this year
The new low was 1.432 billion yuan, a decrease of 18.6% from the 1.76 billion yuan in June, which was the lowest in the past six months.
The registration in July reflects the market conditions in June. It shows that due to the controversy over the “Fugitive Offenders Ordinance” in June, and the sale of new products on the market, the second-hand purchasing power was robbed, resulting in a decrease in the sales of the top ten housing estates.
