Changshi Kangli Building expands the fabric clearance

Cheung Kong (01113) Hing Lee Investment Building, 13 Hung Hom Street, Hung Hom, has earlier applied for a slightly higher redevelopment plot ratio of 12.782 times, which is equivalent to an increase of 6.5% floor area. It is planned to be redeveloped into two floors of 38 floors (including 4 floors). The commercial building of the basement and the 1st floor platform has a total gross floor area of approximately 508,900 square meters. The Town Planning Board will consider the relevant applications tomorrow. The Planning Department has stated that the vehicle passages, fire-fighting facilities and sewage treatment of the application meet the requirements of various government departments and therefore do not oppose the development plan proposed by Cheung Kong.
