Xindian Nan Sheng Wai built bungalow Friday expected to open the green light

Xindi (00016), which owns a lot of land storage in Yuen Long, applied for the construction of 57 bungalows to the TPB earlier on the site of Nam Sze Wai near O Ha Chau Road. The Town Planning Board will discuss the application on Friday (December 12). The Planning Department will not oppose it and it is expected that there will be an opportunity to be passed.

The site is located south of Nam Sang Wai, near O Chau Road and has a site area of over 325,000 square feet. Previously, the site was rezoned to “Residential (Group D) 2” which is currently planned for “Residential (Group D) The plot ratio increased from 0.2 times to 0.34 times. The construction of 57 three-storey high-rise basement bungalows with an average of 1916 square feet of each bungalow and 114 additional parking spaces.

The developer pointed out in the application paper that no less than 20 meters of land will be reserved to the south of the site to avoid bordering with wetland conservation areas so as not to adversely affect the ecology.
