Kwai Chung Industrial Building is on sale at a full floor price of 168 million

The factory sold the full-scale industrial building in Yongdeli Plaza, Kwai Chung, with an intent price of about 168 million yuan.

Mr. Pan Jingyi, Assistant Director of Jones Lang LaSalle Capital Markets, said that he was commissioned to sell the full floor of 18/F, Block 2, Wing Tak Lee Plaza, Kwai Chung, with an area of about 22,432 square feet. The property intention price was $168 million, with an average of $7,489 per square foot. About half of the floor of the property is leased by a multinational shipping company and will be sold for lease; the remaining half of the floor will be sold in the form of a cross. It is reported that the floor is held by the manufacturer Liu Xuedong, who bought the unit in 2013 for 89.27 million yuan.
