Henderson (00012) has acquired more than 80% of the old buildings at 13, 13A and 15 Wan Chai Road, and has recently recorded another transaction. According to the Land Registry’s information, Henderson purchased the ground floor of No. 13 Living Road for 108.55 million yuan, and purchased the 4th floor of No. 13 of the Living Road for 20 million yuan. The original owner of the ground floor of No. 13 Middle Road was purchased for RMB 800,000 in 1979 and held for 39 years with a profit of RMB 1.0775 million, an increase of 135 times.
