According to the Land Registry’s information, there are a total of 11 shops in the basement and 1st floor of Silver City Plaza, 2A to 2H Sai Yeung Choi Street South, Mong Kok, with a total gross floor area of about 1,650 sq. ft., sold to a sophisticated investor “Planking King” Deng Chengbo for $33.8 million. The price is more than 20,000 yuan. It is understood that Deng Chengbo has already acquired more than 50% of the shares in Silver City Plaza.
