Inland Revenue Department: Hot deal last month dropped 18% to 27%

According to the latest information released by the IRD, the three major spicy tax transactions dropped last month. Among them, the largest decrease was mainly the DSD with investors entering the market. The number of residential transactions recorded a record 760 cases, down 18.1% Month low while the tax involved was 1.03 billion yuan, down by 7.8% on a month-on-month basis. Non-residential DSDs recorded 2,546 transactions last month, up more than 10% month-on-month but only recorded a net amount of $ 1,234.7 million , Down 56.6% on a month-on-month basis.

The BSD, which mainly reflected non-local visitor arrivals, recorded 430 transactions last month, down 19.5% MoM. It was a low for the past five months with an amount of $ 1,206.3 million, also down 8.4% MoM. The SSD recorded 38 cases last month, down 27% month on month and hit a 11-month low, involving an amount of 31.3 million yuan, down 8.2%.

In the light of the turnover of three spicy tax dwellings, a total of 1,228 cases were registered, amounting to 2.27 billion yuan, a decrease of 8.2% over the previous month’s figure of 2.47 billion yuan.
