The turnover in the first half of the year hit a new high after 97

The developers actively promoted and the secondary transaction was active. In June, the total number of building registrations is expected to reach 8,800

Huang Liangsheng anticipates that the registration of building sales (including residential, parking spaces, and commercial and industrial shops) in June will be approximately 8,800, up 13% from the May registration, and the opportunity will be the highest in the 14 months since April last year (8984). He also pointed out that, as of the 13th of this month, the registration of building sales in June was recorded in 3890 and 31.82 billion yuan. The expected amount for the entire month can reach 78 billion yuan, which is a 22.9% increase from the amount in May, or a six-month high after reaching 86.64 billion yuan in December of last year.

For the first-hand private residential transactions, 771 cases and 10.11 billion yuan were registered this month. Huang Liangsheng predicted to register 2,000 cases and 27.5 billion yuan for the whole month, a notable increase of 1.7 times and 1.1 times month-on-month, reflecting that the first-hand market conditions in May markedly increased. The amount is also expected to hit a 14-month high after last April’s 38.63 billion yuan.

Xindilou scored ahead of June

The most recent record for the number of temporary registrations in June was SHKP (016) Tuen Mun “Yuen Shan”, which recorded 242 cases and $1.59 billion. The second is a new new site in Tseung Kwan O. The fourth phase B “Jin Hai II” of the Lohas Park City project is tentatively scheduled for 87 and 710 million yuan. The third was Wheelock (020) Kaisei “Oasis KaiTak”, which recorded 60 cases and 880 million yuan.

As for the second-hand private property market, Huang Liangsheng said that in June, 1880 second-hand sales transactions were registered for a total of 15.75 billion yuan. It is forecasted to register for 4,200 cases and 34.5 billion yuan for the whole month. Although it fell by 5.7% and 9.2% from May, it is expected to rise to over 4,000 for three consecutive months.
