Hong Kong Foods Sai Kung Industrial Building 250 Million Sales Deng Chengbo

Hong Kong Foods Investment (00060) announced that it had sold the entire building of Sizhou Food Network Center, No. 2 Kangding Road, Sai Kung, for $250 million to “Planking King” Deng Chengbo. It is expected to make a profit of about RMB 199 million. The property is a four-storey industrial building with a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square feet, and the price is approximately 4,168 yuan.
