150 million old buildings in Yueyuan Street, North Point

According to market sources, the whole building of 18 and 20 Yue Garden Street in North Point changed hands by about 150 million yuan.

The project is now a 4 storey Gaotang Building completed in 1955. The site area is about 1618 square meters. If it is rebuilt into a commercial property, the plot ratio is up to 15 times and the total floor area can be built up to 24270 square meters. The land price per square floor is about 6,180 yuan.
